Shipping Policy

Every order ships from our warehouse in Guwahati, Assam — straight from the Northeast to your doorstep.

1. Dispatch

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays ship the next working day.
  • You’ll receive your tracking details by email/WhatsApp as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: usually 4–8 working days after dispatch.
  • Timelines are estimates from our courier partners and can vary during festivals, sales or weather disruptions in the hills.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery across India — no minimum order.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Use the tracking link shared on email/WhatsApp after dispatch.
  • Stuck or confused? Message us on WhatsApp at +91 92870 67274 with your Order ID and we’ll chase it for you.

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If a parcel returns to us due to an incomplete address or unreachable phone number, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.

6. International Orders
