MAD Genius – Return & Exchange Policy (FAQ)
At MAD Genius, we want you to feel happy and confident in your tee. In case something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return & exchange process works 👇
1. How many days do I have to return/exchange?
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Is there any pickup charge?

We offer reverse pickup from most pin codes.

A small handling fee (up to ₹120 per item) may apply for returns.

Pickup is usually scheduled within 24–48 hours after your request (maximum 3 attempts).
3. How do refunds work?

Prepaid Orders → Money will be credited back to your original payment method within 2–4 working days after the returned product reaches us.

Cash on Delivery Orders → We dont have COD
4. What condition should the product be in?

Item must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Anything returned in worn/damaged condition won’t qualify for a refund.
5. What if pickup is not available in my area?
Don’t worry — you can ship the product to us directly:

For prepaid orders: We’ll refund your product value + courier charges up to ₹120.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Please make sure your bank/payment details are correct — we’re not responsible for wrong info provided.

Refund timelines depend on your bank but usually reflect within 7–10 working days.

Orders placed under special offers (like Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for return/exchange.
