Returns & Exchange Policy

At Mad Genius, we aim to keep returns and exchanges simple and transparent.


1. Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 5-6 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate

  • Email us at info@madgenius.in with your order number and reason.
  • Once approved, we will share return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • A ₹200 logistics fee will be deducted from returns, covering forward and reverse logistics.
  • No logistics fee is charged for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • All returns are subject to quality check (QC) at our warehouse.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • COD fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues (same design).
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock at our warehouse.
  • Defective/damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

6. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
  • In non-serviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

7. International Orders

  • International orders are eligible only for wrong or damaged items.
