Returns & Exchange Policy
At Mad Genius, we aim to keep returns and exchanges simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility
- Requests must be raised within 5-6 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate
- Email us at info@madgenius.in with your order number and reason.
- Once approved, we will share return instructions.
4. Refunds
- A ₹200 logistics fee will be deducted from returns, covering forward and reverse logistics.
- No logistics fee is charged for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- All returns are subject to quality check (QC) at our warehouse.
- Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- COD fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues (same design).
- Exchanges are subject to availability of stock at our warehouse.
- Defective/damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

6. Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
- In non-serviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
7. International Orders
- International orders are eligible only for wrong or damaged items.
